Mr. Albert was a dear sweet soul he made the best bread! Every time my parents would send me to buy bread from him, he would always give me a quarter back and say go ‘buy yourself some candy.’

I always enjoyed spending time with Mr. Albert when I was growing up. It was he who first told me about the two-masted schooners taking the pineapples from Green Turtle Cay to New York City. Yes, I loved his bread! I feel so fortunate that I had him in my life growing up.
