Carroll worked for United Shipping at Great Stirrup Cay for many years. He was the relief Captain for another Green Turtle Cay Master Captain Scotty Roberts. They commanded the tenders that serviced the Norwegian Cruise Line – One such tender that serviced the Berry Islands was named M.V. Bahama-rama- mama.
