Lillian Evellyn ‘Eve’ Bethell was born on March 31, 1915, in Green Turtle Cay, Abaco to Robert Tracy Bethell (1868-1922) and Harriet Fletcher Roberts (1895-1947?). Robert Tracy Bethell died at sea 16 April 1922 at 53 years of age.
Her siblings included Marjorie Lois (1912?), Tracy Vincent (1917) and Mary Ethel Reader (1920).
In April 1937, she married Thomas Walter Key (1915-????) son of Thomas Irving Key and Susan Ada Malone. After their divorce, she married Clifford Elmon Hall (1922?) son of William Francis Hall and Beatrice Mabel Pinder.
Eve and Clifford’s children included Yvonne Harriet Beatrice, William Francis, Kathryn and Elman.
Lillian Evellyn ‘Eve’ Bethell pass away in August 1972 (age 67).
