Doyle Horace Roberts was born on March 21, 1927, in Green Turtle Cay, Abaco to Thomas Horace Roberts (1904-1982) and Lola Delaney Bethel.
His siblings included Ethel Lenora (1924), Ena Ruth (1938), Edna Mae.
In June 1953, Doyle married Agnes Adele Lou Lowe (1928-1993) daughter of Herbert Lowe (1905-1980?) and Mirian Edna Ann Curry (1905-1971?).
Their children included David Doyle, Elizabeth Diane and Miriam Wendy.
Doyle passed away in February 2003 (age 77).
