Estella Roberts Lowe recalls…
Windsor was a good friend of mine – we were in GTC All Age School together. He was a class ahead of me but always helped me out if I got stuck on my schoolwork. Windsor was a genius. We studied a lot in the Public Library. Great guy – always calm and quiet – never created problems with anyone. We went to the same church – the old Gospel Chapel in GTC where my grandfather was the Pastor. When we became teenagers, we helped out with Sunday school and young people meetings. Windsor was a great guy indeed!
Joy Lowe Jossi recalls…
A close boyhood GTC school friend of Berlin Key, Windsor gave some years as a teacher at Long Island, Bahamas, before he moved to live in England.
Windsor Sawyer passed away on January 10, 2016 (age 75) in Freeport, Grand Bahama.
