In September 1825, Benjamin married Ann Thurza Saunders. Their children included Margaret Awilda Ann (1839) and John Henry (1840?).
He later married Elizabeth Augusta Roberts. Their children included William (1843), Amelia Ann (1845) and Elizabeth Ellen (1849).
Benjamin Edward Curry passed away in December 1849 (age 37) in Green Turtle Cay, Abaco.
